In this series, shelter is understood as more than a physical refuge. It becomes an alchemical vessel—a symbolic container in which the fragments of experience are gathered, held, and transformed. Through layered materials and evocative forms, the paintings explore themes of protection, memory, solitude, and belonging. Houses, thresholds, landscapes, and enclosed spaces emerge as images of the psyche itself: places where conscious and unconscious elements may encounter one another. The works invite viewers to contemplate shelter as an inner space of incubation, where transformation unfolds quietly and new forms of meaning can arise.
